Your summer records of choice
In the UK the weather is finally picking up, which never ceases to amaze us. So keeping with the British tradition of gabbing about the weather...
Question is what are you listening to when lounging in the sun out-of-doors? The more inappropriate the better. For some reason I always associate Sonic Youth's 'Dirty' with green grass and sweltering heat, as well as various grunge classics of the era. 'In Utero' and 'Dirt' were spun for the first time in a good year today. Hip hop is well established as driving music, but I found Slick Rick just wasn't offensive enough in a supermarket car park setting... Last edited by Molecules; 05-08-2008 at 12:41 PM. |
