Yes, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Fall of Troy, and Wire are all great.

The Fall of Troy gets my vote. Can't wait 'till their new album.

The Pumpkins are pretty much a non factor in music NOW

but back in the 90's they were important and making great guitar dominant rock music.

Siamese dream is as important an album in the 90's as 'Nevermind' 'Loveless' and 'Odelay'
