Which 2004 compilation is this? (music video, indie, cd, member, magazine)

I joined just so I could ask this:

I'm looking for a specific compilation CD of indie artists. It came out around summer 2004 bundled with a music magazine (don't know which). It notably included "Fit But You Know It" by the Streets and "I Like You" from Morrissey. It might have included "Irish Blood, English Heart" from You Are the Quarry, as well. I remember a few songs were really good, but I lost the CD, and it's why I'm trying to get a positive ID. Thanks
