What?

I wasn't dissagreeing, I'm just saying that the britpop scene was awful, the smiths was a huge influence on it, and that's their biggest downfall.

During the 90s I got sick of people telling me how great Faithless were , I just thought they were turgid dance music yet everybody I knew loved them.
Not really. Their music WAS by the numbers dance music, but they were only giving people what they wanted and they did it well. No Roots (2004) and To All New Arrivals (2006) were an attempt at a different direction. Have a listen to this. You will either love it or hate it!

Robert Smith has also played with Billy Corgan, Placebo, and KoRn. Hardly a man with respectable tastes!

Why? Was that a serious statement lol?

Yeah I know. I was taking the piss out of myself but in all honesty I think that Faithless track is genius. It is subversive. A good friend of mine loves both bands and has seen both many times and he loves it. I wish he would join but he has a PC phobia!

First At The Drive-In, now Rage. Alfred is not pleased.
