Well MBV and Tom Waits are both great... but I'll have to give this one to Waits.

I have to vote for Tom Waits for the simple reason he made a Primus song listenable , a miracle so great I doubt Jesus would be able to do should he ever try it.

Eleven Hundred miles is in fact too long inside a car. I hate voting against Sebadoh. I love Lou Barlow. I didn't actually start listening to Modest Mouse until after boo boo told me that I did, ha.

Sebadoh are too much of a mixed bag for me to consider above Waits and MBV. They've got some incredible songs, but there's always some filler on their albums. Barlow is the man though.
