My vote is for The Minutemen. Easly the best band from the hardcore scene in my opinion.

Dead Kennedys are great too of course.

I do like some Stones, but I find their whole legacy to be incredibly overrated.

I don't like Jesus & The Mary Chain. I'd hardly even call what they do music, more like white noise with some jingles heard faintly in the background. I don't understand the appeal of it at all.

Never heard of Hello Saferide.

I would agree with everything you say here, hence my decision to vote for the Minutemen. Well, except that bit about the Jesus & Mary Chain, of course. Nonsense, boo boo.
