HTT just isnt worth being called underrated, no one really mentions it because its not worth mentioning, its pretty low on Radiohead standards. Its a stumble after Amnesiac before they get back in step with In Rainbows.

I think that's his point; they rate it much higher and therefore is underrated if this is the general consensus.

I really don't see how anyone could think HTTT a weak spot in Radiohead's material and then go and praise In Rainbows to high heaven. HTTT is no masterpiece but I'd give it and In Rainbows about the same rating, though I enjoy HTTT a far bit more.
