i have noticed that most people who list Kid A as their favorite radiohead album, think the bends sucks, and vice versa. i think the bends is their 3rd best album.
After Kid A and In Rainbows.

^^

Well, Radiohead kind of split themselves in half, along with their fans. That's why their post Kid A albums were probably harder to put together, they had to please 2 different groups who are looking for 2 different things. I think HTTT was a great example of them doing both.

Agreed.

But the Bends is a really great album It's one of the few I can listen straight through with out skipping a song. Kid A is really overrated I mean it's great but just not that great. I was considering writing a full review on the Bends but decided against it, since no one really read my other ones.

Kid A isn't that great, it's just perfect.

I give no further credibility or respect to any human being alive on this earth who has the blinding audacity and profound ignorance to believe that The Bends could in any way be superior to OK Computer.

also rainard, its not that it is superior, it probably isnt.
i just like the bends more, i feel that it is incredibly under-appreciated.
