radiohead and shrooms are a perfect match, actually, their cd "i might be wrong" and shrooms are a perfect match...i almost went crazy when i heard ideoque (however it is spelled) in that state.....anyway, ideoque is certainly my favorite radiohead song

all their albums cater for different tastes, so if ure a person who just likes music in general, then Radiohead are the band for u alrite... Yeah, amnesiac is a fair album but Pulk/Pull and Morning Bell/Amnesiac, Dollars and Cents, Spinning Plates? big mistakes IMO... Packt doesnt do the album much good either. a good album has to be strong right the way through.

exactly, people like radiohead because they are unique and different to everything else. those songs do not conform to the ingredients of rock music and thats whats good about them.

is it me or is exit music on OK computer the saddest, most depressing yet amazing song youve ever heard?! even the bloody title makes you feel depressed.

"Lucky" is more depressing... for me anyway. "Exit Music (For a Film)" is still a big downer tho...They are a kinda depressing band...
I like that about Radiohead tho, it allows me to relax - makes me think a bit, you know?

i haven't heard any of radioheads music but from what i've heard, they're supposed to be quite good.
thinking of getting one of their albums, which do you recomend?

I think a good starting cd is The Bends. It has a lot of good stuff on it and since it's some of there older stuff I think it gives you more of a taste for who they are compared to their newer cd's.
