I like that idea.

I love covers that dare to be almost completely different from the original and pull it off, which this one does admirably.

My favorite Radiohead album is probably OK Computer or Hail to the Thief, with both Kid A and In Rainbows coming up close.

Radiohead has consistently been one of my favorite bands for the last 5~ years.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about the Punch Brothers. They sure know how to cover them Radiohead songs.

From Who's Feeling Young Now?. Great album, I'd say, and this cover has been done exceptionally well.

There's one and ten, and then there's love songs. The concept doesn't hold up nearly as well as TKOL yet it gets much more attention. The Bends did have a lyrical consistency to it in the sense of something physical being broken down. You could say that's just coincidence or vague but it is there. Besides, it still trumps most Complaint Rock to this day. And there was at least one easter egg in "Planet Telex," which pointed (faintly) to ethereal experimentalism two albums away.

I wonder if anyone's ever had the never to ask Thom if there's anything in that? Would anyone be able to withstand one of his withering looks?
