I was never aware there was anything special about playing the album seventeen seconds out of synch with itself... I think I'd just become downright confused...

National Anthem's bass line sounds like Digital (Joy Division).

quick question, what do you guys think is the better cd Amnesiac or Kid A?
I've been listening to both of them a lot recently and I used to like Kid A more but I think that I may like Amnesiac more now. In fact I think Amnesiac is my favorite Radiohead cd.

I have to say that its a close race between both albums, but Kid A just nudges out Amnesiac, because it has the most consistent sound, most cohesive themes, and it just feels altogether the most unified statement.... that being said Amnesiac is a freaking brilliant collection of songs, which features possibly the greatest Radiohead song ever, Pyramid Song...

Pyramid Song is my second favorite song on Amnesiac, Life In A Glass House beats it just by a bit.

Life in a Glass House is indeed a brilliant track, and a more than fitting way to close a record like Amnesiac, mournful sounding horns... almost like a sorta polar opposite to the frantic crazy horns of The National Anthem on Kid A

Kid A had sex with Amnesiac's mother and didn't call back, that's how much better it is.
