Workout? That sounds far too strenuous to me, however I used to do weights years ago while listening to some good metal or bass heavy dance.

Anything ambient, even though it's not fast paced it should heighten your level of 'arousal', and arousal is a scientific term for sensory alertness. Just in case you thought I was trying to e-rape you.
