Looking for a specific kinda song.... (lyrics, genre, songs)

a song that says something like that even though the girl has left him the boy still loves her....and will stand by her....that even though she thinks that the love is lost the boy still loves her...not really asking her to come back....just telling her that he still loves her very much and cant forget about her....genre doesnt matter...just good lyrics and good to listen to....can anyone tell me a couple of songs that maybe like this?
I'm planning to sing such a song somewhere....so many such songs willbe good so that I can choose the best...
