There are MP3 tagging programs wandering the web. One is called Magic MP3 tagger. I used it with pretty good results. Problem is that you can only tag 5 at a time for free. There are other programs, I just haven't gotten into testing any.

Do you have it all on an mp3 player?
You could just wipe it all off the comp and drag it back onto the pc, though it would take a while
