Probably Tokyo police club i like the band but they sound a little highschool-ish to me.. in 9th grade they woulda been my fav band

they sound a little too emo sometimes and that shames me for some reason cause i usually hate emo stuff but they also add interesting alternative rhythms in their song structures which i like..

i also like their lyrics some of them are pretty interesting, even though its not the same i relate it with the band Interpol lyrics cause they always have 1 line or 2 in their lyrics that stick with me for exmpl

Tokyo Police Club - Tessellate - YouTube

"Dire times call for dire faces"

That line really sticks with me for some reason
it's something i would say internally to myself when im about to get serious..

Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons are one of mine. "Sherry", "Walk Like a Man", "Can't Take My Eyes Off You", "December 1963"…

I think like every other song in this melody:

Awesome group. I actually got to see Valli (and a different "Four Seasons") at a casino about 7 years ago. Great show. All I can really ask for is for the man to be able to sing, and he definitely could.

My favorite is "Big Girls Don't Cry".

Rage Against the Machine.

I do genuinely like this track though, just because it has slap bass

They're extremely repetetive though, I can only really listen to one or two songs by them before I switch to a different band.

Four Year Stong:
Four Year Strong has to do with nostalgia, but they made a new EP and it's still pretty fun, they went back to their old sound. Poppy and catchy, overly happy and energetic, metalcore style guitars, fun, and cheesy. It wouldn't be Four Year Strong without the Cheese.

Then there's Avenged Sevenfold. Not my favourite thing, but I like City of Evil.

Still somewhat enjoy this terrible piece of soviet pop.
It's called "American Boy". We first wanted to emigrate to America and I was listening to it, trying to imagine the wonderful land of the free and all that.
Still tickles my nostalgiabone.

My Chemical Romance and Dashboard Confessional come to mind. MCR's debut is legit, though.

I honestly don't know if I've heard a MCR song other than "Teenagers", but that's definitely a fun song.
