For one, Red Hot Chili Peppers. I pretty much grew up with this band and I still like them a lot, but a lot of people I know seem to hate them.

Also Jason Mraz. One of the few pop singers of the recent years that I like. (Though "The Remedy" has been ruined for me due to overplaying)

I'll second Jason Mraz. Paramore is a guilty pleasure of mine. I've heard so many people attack Paramore for being pop fluff but damnit if their songs aren't catchy.

For some reason I love these guys me and my friend used to get drunk and do like this whole choreographed thing to Motorcycle Drive By and that song still reminds me of 1997-1998 so much that I almost tear up when I hear it...I saw them live though and was not impressed.

My entire hometown worships 3eb so that's kind of our drinking band. Lots of good memories with that bunch.

I thought they put on a pretty decent live show when I saw them, they were fun, not spectacular, but a whole lot of fun.
