What do you think of MTV?
 

I mean the music, not the other stuff. I actually stopped watching any of the music on MTV, because all of what they play now I don't really like. :( They just play what's popular and hot at the current moment, and they never show what's good. I hear it's a bit better on MTV2, but I don't get that channel. What do you think about the music being played on MTV2?

I don't like mtv. It mostly plays rap anymore, but I have never been a fan of mtv. That is where people get the idea that Blink-182 is a punk band lol.

A) its true...i thought blink 182 was a punk band...arent they?
B) MTV sucks as far as music b/c they play more stupid shows than music videos
C) only big bands like N'Sync can afford videos...so thats all they freaking play!

mtv is horrid. And they are putting bad taste of music into all the minds of the teenagers who watch it. MTV2 isn't that bad though, I only watch it in my grandma's car though.

MTV would be cool if all the music they play didnt suck

or if they actually played music. All they do now is TRL and then that rap show

yeah, its basically any band with the "coolest" music video gets airtime so any good new band gets the shaft

real world and rich girls are funny to watch though, their worthlessness is hilarious

I agree. MTV is crap. They don't even play good music anymore. The use to play good music when they were first starting out. And they played lots of it. But now all they play is million dollar videos, stupid reality shows, and crappy countdowns.
