I was about to get all defensive, but then I thought about this album compared to some other Bowie classics. I guess it doesn't quite measure up. I really respect how experimental this album is, though...and it is still really good. I have certain moods where I really feel like listening to it. But yeah, it's no Hunky Dory.

actually i just dug around a bit now... Lee's daughter only became the singer when the band reformed as a duo in 2003. Beth Thompson was the original vocalist (and the one in that clip). |

Oddly enough, this is the only Bowie I really dig. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

Mediocre!!! The songs on the first side are virtually all brilliant and the soundscapes on the other side contains some of the most beautiful eerily bleak original and influential experimental music you'll ever hear. Low is indisputably a classic.

I guess I never entertained the downright retarded theory that the songs on Loveless were poorly done in any way at all.

Have you ever even listened to it?
