You just lost your own war mate.
You call Nirvana the worst band of all time yet you say Grohl is one of the best musicians of all time. You basically told people to praise C&C, since they have musical talent. But Nirvana also had talent, and yet you give them the lowest of ratings even though they have one of the best musicians of all time. Go figure, you make no sense.

Regardless of what he did in his personal life, he wrote great songs that inspired millions of people and he is one of the most influential musicians of all time. That's why he's praised like a God.

yeah what i said was that i don't like nirvana, and david grohl is one of the best musicians of all time, but it doesn't mean he made the band any better or worst. cobain had no musical talent, strumming ****ty chords and hoarsly screaming repetative, unregonizeable words. thats why that band sucks.

It's not that they were even important. People just slag them off these days because they're overrated. I mean I'd agree they're overrated but I still say they're about 80% towards earning all the praise that falls on them.
Cimb, more often then not you can understand Cobain. There are some songs where things get ragged, but that was Nirvana's "raw" style of doing things and no other singer could have made Nirvana, Nirvana. Same with Axl Rose, love him or hate him, he was pretty much the difference between your everyday hard rock band and something uniquely special. WOOP, 2500 posts, nothing means more to me then to clock it up in the Rock forum. Emotional moment.
