Unfortunately, for a good chunk of my life I had no choice in the matter. My bedroom was right next to my parents growing up, and what can I say? When they get down it ain't no PG rated affair. Uh, James Brown isn't jazz but he is awesome. And I'm guessing by screamo, you mean any kind of music with screamed / grunted / strangulated / whispered / unclean in general vocals instead of actual screamo?

I would neverlisten to 50 cent, i cant do it i dont know why. but other than that i can i will listen to anything else i even have some classical, and jazz on my ipod to listen to from time to time.
