I like the general gist of what you're getting at and I can see how it can improve, don't like the vocals, because firstly I can't hear em and secondly they seem very out of tune. Boost the vocals up about, add another guitar track and tune it up a little, even echo the original, just to add some depth. The whole thing feels like an interlude to me though.

Yeah, the vocals were a bit strange and much to quite, and it also sounds very empty, but the song could probably be good.
I also went to Ethan Smiths myspace page and I quite loved the song on that one
