Look for a cracked version of an audio editing program like Goldwave. Index :: Warez-BB.org likely has some. You can open up any FLAC song in that program and save it separately as an MP3 file with anywhere from 128 to 320kbps.

I recommend dbpoweramp. it's a light program designed for exactly this purpose.

however, it's not free. PM me if you need help.
