I can get you those two a bit later. I've got the others on hard copy but, do yourself a favour and don't worry about them, as they're quite crap. They have no original material on them either. If I can find my hard copies (I have a feeling they're buried with piles of old books in the attic somewhere) I'll give you as shout.
