^^ This is really appreciated, I will start nosing around for some of these. The Wellington gig off 'In A Hole' is indeed brilliant, the only one you mentioned I have heard. Unfortunately my CD drive has decided to pack it in, so this is perfect timing for some mp3 Fallidge.
edit: just realised this is a bit of a dream set for me as far as Fall boots go, cheers! |

Not that it really matters but seeing JB's Dudley brings back some huge memories. I lived in Dudley for a couple of years in the late 80's and saw a few bands there. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a couple of Punk and Blues bands there but I'm pretty sure it's still going and for a small town like Dudley it is really something. I lived about 10 minutes away from the venue and would love to go back there sometime. Clubs like this are definitely a dying breed.

The Clash - The Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg The Beautiful People Are Ugly Too Kill Time Should I Stay Or Should I Go Rock The Cashbah Know Your Rights Red Angel Dragnet Ghetto Defendant Sean Flynn Car Jamming Inoculated City Death Is A Star Walk Evil Talk Atom Tan (Edit) Inoculated City (Uncensored Combat Rock Version) First Night Back In London (Edit) Cool Confusion Straight To Hell Link This is the original version of Combat Rock as produced by Mick Jones in 1981. The album was intended to be another double album and was recorded under the working title of 'The Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg'. The band disliked the final results and decided to get in producer Glyn Johns and reduce the album to a single one and to shorten some of the songs. The only song on Combat Rock not featured on here is Overpowered By Funk which was written very late & included on Combat Rock at the very last minute. Quite a few of the songs on here sound very different to how they ended up.

Mötley Crüe - Perkins Place, Pasadena, 19th November 1982 Setlist Take Me To The Top Looks That Kill Public Enemy #1 Red Hot Starry Eyes Piece Of Your Action Shout At the Devil Merry-Go-Round Running Wild In The Streets Hotter Than Hell Live Wire Link A bit of a guilty pleasure this one. I listen to this gig far more than I should, but I don't care because it rocks and is a lot of fun to listen to. Originally recorded for a radio performance shortly before the release of the Shout At the Devil album this gig also contains 2 tracks that never made the final album, Running Wild In The Streets & Hotter Than Hell.

Radiohead @ Outside Lands Festival
This is a soundboard recording of Radiohead's performance at Outside Lands festival in San Francisco on 8/22/08. The sound at the show cut out at two points in the show during "Airbag" and "All I Need," which can be heard on this recording. The sound quality is excellent, as is the setlist: 1. 15 Step 2. Reckoner 3. Airbag 4. There There 5. All I Need 6. Nude 7. Talk Show Host 8. National Anthem 9. The Gloaming 10. Videotape 11. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 12. Idioteque 13. Karma Police 14. Jigsaw Falling Into Place 15. Just 16. Exit Music (for a film) 17. Bodysnatchers Encore: 18. Pyramid Song 19. You And Whose Army? 20. Paranoid Android 21. Fake Plastic Trees 22. Everything In Its Right Place Download

If anyone wants something that will **** your head up try out the bootleg of Univers Zero titled "Rio Festival - Milan". It's a terrible bootleg but that works to it's advantage. In this Univers Zero is playing most of their 'Heresie' era type stuff, and for those who aren't too aware, it's really slow, grinding, sort of painful horror chamber music. Almost makes you queezy on it's own.
However, that's multiplied by the fact that this recording counts layers, and layers, and layers of audience noise. People laughing, people talking, etc. Mix that in with the fact that most of the words themselves are indistinguishable, especially to those who don't understand Italian/French like most of the speaking seems to be. Further compounded, the lyrics themselves are low grunts. It sort of drowns all into itself where it becomes very difficult to tell what is the regularly non-lyrical drones of the band, and what is the audience speaking. Even with that, the instrumentation(which, as always, is a focal point of Univers Zero) shines through, and somehow the very slow uneasy tone is actually enhanced by the fact. For that reason, this is my favorite Univers Zero recording(even above their oft amazing polished studio works) just because of the emotional effect... I mean, I used to listen to this through 30+ dollar sound canceling headphones, and have caught myself pausing it multiple times thinking that somebody was banging on my door, and yelling through it. The most compellingly paranoid music has ever made me.
