Sonata Arctica - Winterheart's Guild (yeah I know it's poppy power metal, but it is uplifting) Pelican - The Fire in Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw (very uplifting and beautiful) Porcupine Tree - most music... even 'sad' songs like 'Drown With Me' make me happy.

before you read my responce,...i'd like to premis,...
not all music that makes me happy is 'good',....but it makes me happy because it reminds me of something,...be it a good show i saw,....or riddin down dirt roads, 16, drinkin stolen beer and smoke ciggs,...a/c full blast, windows down, crammed int he truck like sardines and singin at the top of my lungs,....you get the idea,.... here goes, in no order put your hands on me - joss stone my morning song - black crowes i come from the water - toadies what i got - subline sweet melissa - the allmans love song - the cure cuts like a knife- brian adams run around - blues traveler if i had a boat - lyle lovett mexico - james taylor wicked game - him burn one down - ben harper dirty little rockstar - the cult big brown eyes - old 97s its gettin better - andy timmons interstate love song - stp banana pancakes - jack johnson beast of burden - the stones yellow ledbetter - pearl jam dead leaves and a dirty ground - chris thile black water - the doobie brothers rasberry beret - prince,..... and a bunch others i'm prolly forgettin right now |
