Under the Radar
Indie music, apparently well-written. Your choice of a free album with your subscription. Right now, the albums you can choose from are: Bright Eyes - The People's Key; Ladytron - Best of 00-10; Smith Westerns - Dye It Blonde; Yuck - Yuck. Seems like a good deal.

Mojo
Really in depth coverage of a variety of artists from numerous genres - straight up music.

Relix
Covers a lot of stuff in the jamband genre, so I'm interested in it for sure. Also, blues, bluegrass, jazz, and other similar genres.
I just checked out "Under the Radar" and it looks awesome. Especially considering the price for a year subscription is nearly the cost of an album alone. And I like the fact that there are fewer issues. I've found the more issues there are, the more likely it is to have fluff. Thanks for the recommendation.

Uncut is truly brilliant. The Word is also rather awesome.

What makes Uncut so good, as a matter of interest?

To me it's their mix between good old and good new music.
They still discuss Dylan, Beatles, Zappa, Jethro Tull.
But the also have some great info on new bands.
And they always have some nice old interviews
