In the end we decided Sign O the Times>Purple Rain, it was one of the last ones we cut though we considered leaving both on but I never realized how little of a number 100 was until doing this so we took it off. Very few bands managed two albums on there, I think it was only the Smiths, Pixies, The Cure, Sonic Youth and Tom Waits managed it.

Both albums are pretty different, both are included in Rolling Stone's top 100 of all time. I'd put the Purple One's accomplishments over any of that twat Morrissey's

Dag Nasty but not Moss Icon. Are you high? Two Pixies albums? fo real?
But overall it's a decent list. I think everyone is bound to hate it. Not because it's bad but because you actually made it pretty diverse more or less.

They released a demo tape and 2 7"s in the 80s. Only half of Lybernum was new material the other five songs were previously released. They were broken up in '94. It dissapears and Lybernum were posthumous releases. I mean I can understand why you want to put the 7"s or demo tapes up there. It's whatever.
