Stuff that I think is missing:
Mudhoney - Superfuzz Bigmuff (yeah, I know it was supposed to be an E.P. but it plays like an L.P.) or their self titled debut Madness - Absolutely / The Rise and Fall The Cult - Love The Cure - The Head on the Door (it's so hard to pick just one from the 80s) B52s - Wild Planet The Cramps - Songs the Lord Taught Us The Damned - Strawberries / The Black Album Lemonheads - Lick / Hate Your Friends 10,000 Maniacs - In My Tribe / Blind Mans Zoo The The - Soul Mining Stuff that I'd change: REM - Lifes Rich Pageant (rather than Murmur) The Sisters of Mercy - First and Last and Always (rather than Floodland) Stuff that I'd remove: Fields of the Nephilim - even though I saw them a number of times in the 80s I'd no sooner put one of their albums forward than I would The Mission or Rose of Avalanche |
