Random video music (lyrics, African, title, artist, youtube)

I found this video on youtube, its about an African team out of Egypt. i like the music and have been going all over the place trying to find the artist/title; I messaged the video's creator and he hasn't gotten back to me in a month. so i'm going to go for a shot in the dark and hope someone on here might recognize it. please let me know: since i'm new go to youtube and search "AHLY IN JAPAN", its just music no lyrics and the uploader is REDFLOOD, thanks
