Fleetwood Mac - Tusk
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...Mac_-_Tusk.jpg Tusk has always rubbed me the right way, but man...the past few days I've found myself listening to the whole thing a couple times. The production is wonderful, and the songs are lovely. Much more interesting to me than Rumours. |
I prefer it over Rumours too, but I have my Tusk playlist distilled down to six amazing songs.

Shabazz Palaces, Black Up. I've listened to this before, several times in fact, but it's finally clicked with me all the way. Off-kilter, experimental hip hop with an African flare. Butterfly's voice is high-pitched, almost to the point of being screechy, but it really works well. And those weird, minimalist beats... fanfreakingtastic. So yeah, I don't see this going off of rotation any time soon. |

Aesop Rock - Labor Days
This, and Marlboro Reds, are completing my life. Seriously, if "Daylight" is not played at my funeral I will haunt some fucker. |

Cloudkicker - Fade New album from one of my favorite artists. Atmospheric djent/groove metal. If you like even the slightest of this song check out his bandcamp. All his albums are downloadable for free and they're all fantastic. |
