reminds me of Kasabian doing metal, which is rather pleasant, if you asked me

That does sound nice, and after putting it on, I would agree. Pleasant album.

Closing Time and Mule Variations by Tom Waits. Both very good albums in their own rights. The Tallest Man on Earth's new album, been listening to that 24/7.

And finally, Made To Love Magic by Nick Drake. It's not new by any means and I realize most of the songs (barring Voices and Tow the Line) are reissued but I recently got it and like every song on it is an awesome. Especially since my version of Time of no reply is borked and it has weird audio glitches everywhere so it's good that some of those songs are available in proper form.

Pleasant seems like a weird for it, but I do agree it's a really good album.

Great, atmospheric, great to have playing in the background.
Fav Songs: Teddy Rosevelt's Guns, Horses in the Sky and Ring them bells

Kings of Leon - Because of the Times
Catchy, fun, love the vibe
Fav Songs: Arizona, Fans, True Love Way, Ragoo, Charmer, Knocked Up

Daisy Chainsaw - Eleventeen
I officially declare this my favourite album EVER. Fronted by KatieJane Garside, this album is: Manic, disturbing, insane, makesyouwannajumparound. It's a pity KatieJane left after this album.
Fav Songs: Love your Money, Lovely Ugly Brutal World, Hope your Dreams Come True, I feel Insane, Waiting for the Wolves.

Alt-J - An Awesome Wave (2012)

I was definitely right about this one being a grower, it also helps if you listen with headphones and catch all the little pieces going on in the background. Basically if you're a fan of anything labeled "art pop" with hints of electronic elements mixed in for good measure you will definitely like this. The only thing that may spoil the deal is the singer's voice which is kind of like a more nasally version of Billy Corgan mixed with a Chinese stereotype. If you can look past artists like Bon Iver or The Tallest Man on Earth's voices, you can definitely get behind this guy's.

It's like my 4th listen of this and it gets better every time. Definitely a great addition to a Rush discography of now TWENTY albums.
