It's definitely in mine, now! I don't really know a lot about hip hop, but that was just... perfection.
Yes, a thousand times yes. Can't tell you how many times I've jammed to this. Haven't seriously rocked out to it in a few years, but man was it influential for me... I oughta turn it on some time.

Apperception - Apperception Dreamy minimalist solo project by Toronto composer/guitarist Joey Hoyda. Uses polyrhythms and odd time signatures to great effect. Free download here: Official Apperception Web Site - Store

While Heaven Wept - Fear Of Infinity Stratospheric doom metal with a surprisingly buoyant outlook amidst the gated drumming and Floydian riffage. Tis' quite a ride if you're in the mood for it!

Destroyer - Kaputt At first I wasn't so sure about this album, but I was fascinated that the band had a name like Destroyer but their music was steeped in 80's synth pop. Hell, they even have horn and flute sections. So I kept coming back to it, and now I can't get enough. The album is solid the whole way through. Apparently they have released a lot of albums throughout the 90's, so I'm gonna go check those out.
