Serj Tankian - Imperfect Harmonies
Beautiful, just beautiful compositions of orchestral and rock music.

Green Day - American Idiot
Awesome work by a awesome band. Letter Bomb, Jesus Of Suburbia, and of course, American Idiot are priceless.

Linkin Park - A Thousand Suns
At first I thought this was a album of instrumental sounds. But as I listened to it, it got better. I like the vocoded beginning on "The Requiem" and the creepy beat with Robert Oppenheimers clip on "The Radience".

Green Day - 21st Century Breakdown
The follow-up to American Idiot, some of my favs on here are "Peacemaker," "See The Light," and "Viva La Gloria."

Five Finger Death Punch - American Capitalist
Best tracks of mine on this album include "Remember Everything," "1000 Ways To Hate," "If I Fall," and "Under and Over It."

Cloud Nothings - Attack on Memory

Already, 2012 is a better year for me than 2011, and I've only heard three releases. This is a great indie rock/post-hardcore album, loud and a bit noisy and full of melody all the same.

I enjoyed that album, it did feel a bit like a grab bag of genres, but each one of them is played out nicely and the album is just full to the brim with catchy hooks, so there's nothing else one could really ask for.

What is the third release other than this and Paralytic Stalks?

Paralytic Stalks is probably my favorite of Montreal album since Hissing Fauna. Dour Percentage is probably my favorite track. Some of the songs tend to run a bit long, but the highs are quite high. Exorcismic Breeding Knife is laughably bad but I'll let that slide.

Ah, Matt Elliott's Broken Man, which was alright.

Excellent. I would agree about it being the second best album. I think Ye, Renew the Plaintiff is one of the greatest things he's ever written.

YT//ST by YAMANTAKA // SONIC TITAN

Pretty crazy noise rock by 2 Asian-Canadian chicks.

Yes - Going for The One

homo-erotic cover aside, this is one kick-ass album

Definitely one of the worst album covers of all time. Sometimes I wonder how bands go with some of these horrible decisions...

One lapse in judgement isn't so bad, what amazes me is good artists whose entire discography consists of horrible album covers. *cough*leonardcohen*cough*
