Allo Darlin' - Allo Darlin' (2010)
I'm such a sucker for female-fronted indie-pop and this album hits the spot pretty damn well. I'm listening to it now for the third time today and it's pretty addictive stuff, I'll probably play it to death over the next few weeks. If you're a fan of Camera Obscura you will certainly dig this album.

Work Of Art - Artwork (2008)

Modern rock with a strong nostalgic hard-on for late 80's Toto, Styx, and a variety of other catchy 70's/80's rock bands, but executed with such finesse and hook-sensibility that you can't help but warm up to it.

AOR skeptics behold!

One of the very few black metal albums I've ever taken the time to listen to. Listening to just a few tracks off of here. Really digging what I'm hearing. The lo production on here gives it a pretty errie vibe.

Arkist - Rendezvous

That's the b-side, Rendezvous isn't on youtube. Some damn fine dubstep.

I am listening to Disintegration by The Cure at the moment and it is just fantastic.
