Not bothered by translations at all TBH. The music is always the main factor for me.

Pretty weak as far as desert rock goes. They always were a cheap Kyuss ripoff.

Never tried a Kyuss album, but if they're better than Fu Manchu I'm up for a listen.

I recommend Blues for the Red Sun (1992). Everything except Wretch is pretty listenable though.

I have a newfound love of the Grateful Dead. On first listen, it reminds me of folk meets cabaret.
