Kid Cudi's new album "Man on the Moon II" is pretty awesome if you have note heard it.

His first album was a major success, and his sophomore album looks like it is gonna be even better

I listened to the new Cudi... it was really mediocre

I really liked it for some reason. It might have been that I was just in the mood for it at the time.

William Doyle's Born in the USB. Kind of a synthy indie album. I love this dearly, and I think it could find fans here.

In case anybody is interested, it was released for free, and I'm pretty sure this works.

Linky?

One of the best metal bands of all time in my opinion. Often associated with the NWOBHM scene, and rightfully so, but also does a great deal of Sabbath worshiping too. Its a great mix and some of the earliest Doom Metal. Releasing a full length before Saint Vitus. I assume most people here into this kind of stuff know them, but if not get on it now its must own. Also, Pagan Altar is a good comparison to this stuff.

Murs & 9th Wonder - Murs 3:16 The 9th Edition

Haven't played this in a while, really solid album - best of the ones I've heard. On a hip-hop kick since Friday. I listen to a ton of instrumental hip-hop regularly but thought I'd focus on some vocal stuff for a bit.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Just threw it on for the second time. Couldn't agree more; if you asked me last week even if I liked Kanye at all, I would have easily said no. Puts all of his other filler-ridden albums to shame.

I've been filling in my Go-Betweens back catalog and I'm delighted to discover that this is almost as good as their mid-period material. Wicked band.

And I've been rediscovering Pretties For You... for some reason it really clicks with me. Yes it's disjointed, sloppy and directionless, yes the recording quality is shite, but it's ultimately a pleasant sort of scatterbrained mess.
