9th Wonder's opus features North Cackalacka's most dynamic group absolutely ripping shit up. Get this immediately if you're a fan of soulful hip hop that's poignant too.

Weakling - Dead as Dreams

I've never met a black metal so intent on climaxing non-stop. It literally NEVER un-intensifies; it's consistently adrenaline-pumping and profound.

I guess in a good way, if you are posting here. Would you recommend it?

I don't feel like I'm particularly familiar enough with black metal in general to recommend something; What I would say is that I really love music that gets better in headphones, and this album has that in spades. I'd recommend it 'kind of', but it's 1.2 hours long and I'd hate to waste somebody's time on a genre I'm pretty unfamiliar with. If you want a link, let me know.

Sure, I'll take a link. You got me with the headphones thing. I love music that needs a good pair...and black metal doesn't generally have that. I'm quite interested now.

Sent. I feel that any music with a tag such as 'Atmospheric' needs to be appreciated with headphones. The intensity inside of this album is all well and good, but having it concentrated for a full-frontal assault on the ears is a different story. Especially when the songs are as long as these ones are...

I'm only one track in, but it's fantastic. If you like Kayo Dot, you'll love this.

EDIT: It's Extra Life's album Secular Works.
