My 3rd favourite Beatles album, although the top 4 are very close(Revolver, Magical Mystery Tour, The White Album, Abbey Road) are really close.. Fantastic album.

funny story... I was looking for my physical copy of THIS rather mediocre album (bought it years ago)...

When I stumbled across my physical copy of THIS amazing album, which I got for free many years ago from my subscription to Nintendo Power...

...which I'm enjoying very much

Christian Scott - Yesterday You Said Tomorrow (2010)

A relatively young entrepreneur in the vast, seemingly self-contained world of modern day jazz, Christian Scott has conjured up one of the most diggable records of 2010 for me: a post-bop extravaganza with not only a fair amount of awesome free-jazz moments, but littered with enough snaky hip-hop architecture and some fleshy electronic touches to keep things interesting for even those that don't normally think much of jazz. The Maiden Voyage of the 21st century mayhap? I think so.

Particular kudos for the cover of Thom Yorke's "The Eraser" also: its worth the price of admission in and of itself.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
