Bamnan and Slivercork...Midlake
This is my favourite Midlake album. I love ll the quirky noises, the little world that the songs build up in my head. Its all so innocent. Favourite tracks... 'Some of them are superstitious', 'Anabel.' Wincing the Night Away...The Shins The Shins can do no wrong in my eyes....I love their sound. Favourite tracks... 'Turn on me'... There are a few songs in The Shins whole collection that seem to follow the theme of shattered friendship and the bitterness that follows. This is one of them which really hits a chord with me. 'Australia'...The lyrics contradict the bouncy, happy sound. Can anyone tell me how to put the album covers up....is it a matter of cut and paste from an online shopping site? Nah it can't be that simple. |
