Giving this a bit more attention recently. It is barely a Grime album and more a straight up Hip-Hop album and damn good at that. Pity about the awful Lily Allen guest track-it's crap. Bowie does Industrial rock and Ambient Electronica...and it works. Under appreciated upon release, it's time for a re-appraisal methinks. At times this Dancehall/Reggae hybrid sails perilously close to mainstream RnB commercial pap but some great beats and bass lines redeems it. Cheers Luke! Not the new Massive Attack yet but enough musical hints to suggest a little more longevity than your usual Electronic outfit.

I am absolutely geeking out about this album. It is the best thing I've heard since Bon Iver. (I know it was made two years ago). It has redefined what I consider to be "good" music.

Classic glam and Lou Reed's best solo stuff. Bowie and Mick Ronson produced this record to let Lou shine for the New York City poet that he is. Fav Tracks: Andy's Chest Satellite of Love Make Up Walk on the Wild Side Goodnight Ladies Vicious Perfect Day Just great. If you havent heard it hear it. Fav Tracks: Commerce, TX Lizzy In Other Words Wasted & Ready Harriet's Got a Song Walk On Me This is my first Beck album, and I can see why you guys like him. Now i'm actually excited about seeing him later this summer. Fav Tracks: Devils Haircut The New Pollution High 5 (Rock the Catskills) Hotwax Where It's At Jack-Ass
