Groundhogs are damn fine. A couple of ex members now play in a band called Egypt who are playing only 10 mins away from me in a couple of weeks with half of the door proceeds going to the local hospital. I'm very tempted but again on my own

I'm just now getting into this guy. I've listened to these both a lot lately. I like synthpop more than I thought I did.

Those are the two I've got as well. Excellent albums. Is it the regular version of Replicas you've got or the double-disc one I've got lying around somewhere? If not, you should try hunting that one down - tons of great bonus tracks (including a number called We Have a Technical, which I actually think is his best song) and a second disc of all his demos from back when he was in his punk band.

I have been really into some of Pat Metheny's work lately. Like this album.

Lovage: Music to Make Love to Your Old Lady By

good fun, this. laid back downbeat music mixed with the same tongue-in-cheek tone and unusual presentation found in Handsome Boy Modeling School.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Hehe I remember when I first head that album. I was 15 and sitting in traffic coming home from work with my uncle and he put the tape in and I was bobbing my head along to "Debaser" but when "Tame" came on and on that I day I found that one can experience orgasm without physical contact.
