Absolute and total Hammond B3 organ bliss. Best acid jazz album (the jazz kind, not the electronica genre) I've heard possibly ever.

Luis Gasca - Luis Gasca

Jazz from 1971, with Luis Gasca, Carlos Santana, Neal Schon, and Stanley Clarke, among many other guest musicians.

Bright Eyes - Fevers and Mirrors

This is easily now one of my favorite albums of all time...

^ This is actually a lot better than I first expected, being a surprisingly well-executed concept-heavy album and all. Plus there's nothing like kicking back to some great, cheesy pop music once in a while.

An MB standard. Basically the complete opposite to all the Thievery Corporation/Laika i've been listening to which is refreshing!

^ Forgot I had this album 'til now. Gave it a spin this morning for the first time in however long, and I'm listening to it end-to-end for something like the fifth time now. An insanely good album. Beautiful vocals, beautiful lyrics, beautiful, ethereal soundscapes - a forgotten gem of sorts from the depths of my iTunes library.

It's quite something eh. One of those albums I really wish I had on 12" vinyl and not boring old MP3.

I should be able to rustle up a link for ya. Expect a PM shortly
