I recently revisited this...

The first two albums are very good. The other ones I can live without.

Loving it, I streamed it when it came out but got the vinyl just now. One of the best albums from last year.

Modern classic. Wasn't a huge fan at first but my friend bought me it out of the blue and it sounds great on vinyl. Listened to it three times last night.

American Music Club - The Restless Stranger (1985)
(Slowcore/Post-Punk/Folk Rock/Jangle Pop)

The first ever slowcore album, I love it. Just all around amazing moody and nostalgic instrumentals. Frownland get on this ****. Chio too but I'm sure you've already heard it.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Locrian
Infinite Dissolution

Multi-genre metal bands are always fun. This album is pretty sprawling.

Fleet Foxes - Crack-Up (2017)

Album number three is by far the strangest. Always adored Fleet Foxes though, so I'm sure this one will only continue to grow on me.

Nickelback - Feed The Machine (2017)

I have a soft spot for their 2002 outing Silver Side Up and a few cuts from the Mutt Lange-produced Dark Horse, but haven't liked much from 'em on the whole. This one is kind of interesting though: more song variety, thrash metal-ish riffage, plus lots of other little things that add up to something better than usual from duh 'Back. Could it be that these guys have finally crafted a listenable hard rock record from start to finish after 15 years? I'm leaning towards yes.

This I agree with, except it didn't have to grow on me, I loved it the minute I first heard it and I've listened to it about 5 times now. By far their greatest record thus far.
