Have you heard Lost Themes II as well? I think it's even better.

I'm a massive John Carpenter fan. I can even find enjoyment in some of his crappier movies. I just saw him perform during his Live Retrospective tour this past Tuesday. He performed most of the themes from his movies plus some cuts from the Lost Themes albums. It was freaking awesome.

I'm a huge fan of his movies as well, and typically even the worst of his works contain some gems in terms of awesome scenes and a solid score.

I haven't heard Lost Themes II yet, although when I purchased the record the guy at the shop told me he liked the second one considerably less. Regardless, I'll be checking it out very shortly.

It's more of a grower. I didn't like it as much at first, but now that I've digested both of them I think I prefer II.

They are both great, of course.

Sheer Mag - III 7" (2016)

Posted this before but it's just so damn good. Indie Pop with a soulful tint.

The Stooges - The Alternative Funhouse

Almost as good as hearing the original album for the first time.

Iamamiwhoami | Kin

Apparently there's some sort of visual to coincide with this record, but as far as the audio goes, this record is really fucking good.

That's a great album, and his album Point is even better.

Veronica Falls - Veronica Falls

Fantastic little pop-rock record with a chick singer who sounds equally fantastic.
