Yeah, crazy isn't it? Pretty sure there's a video out there of him destroying all the vinyl copies. Like you said though, the album is great regardless and has some rather impressive replay value.

This sounds EXACTLY what I imagine a couple members from Smith Westerns and the drummer from Unknown Mortal Orchestra would make. I think Goofle might like this, considering all the pop he enjoys.

When I heard the lead singer and guitarist from one of my favorite bands, Queens Of The Stone Age, was teaming with the drummer from Nirvana, I got super excited to hear this. And when I found out this has John Paul Jones on bass and synth my excitement could barely be contained.
I loved it start to finish. The album is pretty similar to Queens Of The Stone Age's album Songs For The Deaf. Unlike songs for the deaf it's less of a metal album. The music doesn't have unhinged metal songs. The album also feels a bit more engineered and not as raw. None of this takes away from the album. It never ceases and continues its onslaught amazing music start to finish. Love the album. |
