I think it's more consistent than RTJ2, but the highs aren't as high.

I remember Goofle mentioning this or playing it in plug (though this was probably back in the turntable days) and being impressed with it, yet I never returned to it after my initial listen to the album. It's some cool glitchy electronic stuff that I'm bad at describing so I'll just plop a youtube video on your chest.
