Bad Brains: Into The Future
I got this about a week ago and now I've spun it a few times and I'm really diggin it. It's def got that same feel from their last album Build A Nation, not quite old school Bad Brains but still tenacious and really head bangin.

And as always they throw in some really cool dub jams. I always tell people Bad Brains reggae is like triple filtered deliciousness . It's the IPA of reggae.

Love - Forever Changes

Wow, just excellent, can't believe I'd never heard it until now.

Great, classic album, but that cover looks odd. Is that a recent re-issue with a modified cover? A bootleg?

Here's the original one I have on vinyl...

^ Good question, I just posted the first one I found when I did an image search. I think the one you posted looks quite a bit better!

Oneohtrix Point Never - Replica

Fantastic electronic ambient music, this is one of a kind.

Alot of atmosphere and mood in the songs, loving the guitar tone and riffs. The scratching parts are cool too.

It's definitely better than R Plus Seven but I'd check that album out if I were you.

I like R Plus Seven, but I prefer the rest of his discography (especially Rellica) is better, R Plus Seven is just a little more of the same.

Damaged Bug Hubba Bubba

Solo release from John Dwyer of Thee Oh Sees. Loads of synths and other dark & weird electronic sounds. It sounds sloppy & disjointed, even more odd when the garage rock guitars cut in but to me that's the whole point of this project. The album has received some mixed reviews but I believe those critics are trying to think too much and not sitting back and enjoying the ride. It's a loopy synth-rock adventure without much form, swerves into both garage & prog rock territory but all in all it has me coming back for more.
