It's an amazing feeling innit? As I say, we have Goofle and also Loathsome Pete to thank for introducing us to this magic..

Metz- Metz
I'm seeing this band live in Summer and I am so excited for it. This album has so much energy. One of the greatest noise rock bands going about today and they leave their songs short and sweet with you wanting more and more.

METZ play like one brutally heavy instrument with three heads, slashing heavy-gauge strings, bending guitar and bass necks in weird unison, along with what is probably the loudest drumming you’ve ever heard.

I definitely think this is Stef's greatest achievement in both music and lyrics.....although I really enjoyed the darkwave feel of the last album

Amazing is not even the right word, lol.
I didn't know that country music could move one so much,
but this is just a new gateway.
Very intense n magical music <3

@Thread, so it doesn't seem like I'm spamming like ****:

I absolutely love "An Awesome Wave", by Alt-J.
Those guys are turning into my favourite group by a longshot.

so.much.in.love.with.this.music...

Various Artists - Harlem Shuffle: The Sound of Blaxploitation (1999)

A collection of tunes from classic blaxploitation films from 1969-1977. A solid compilation all the way through, with many different musical styles and performers included. There are a few notable omissions; "Shaft" and "Super Fly" are not included (though some songs from both films are) and none of Pam Grier's various 70's films are represented. This album could have been a great double LP or 2 CD set with the inclusion of some more of the music from well known films of the genre but it's still a good listen as a single LP.

Coin Locker Kid - Traumnovelle

The more I listen to this the more I am convinced that it is a work of genius. Weird, dark, catchy, unique, diverse and the guy can rap. His other two albums are darker, but they just don't have this level of cohesion and likeability in my opinion. Seriously a classic album.
