I think people's dislike of other peoples music tastes largely revolves around culture. For example, many people dislike emo music because many people dislike emos. Many people dislike drum n bass because of the twats that sit on the back of the bus forcing you to listen to it on their **** quality phones. And personally, I hate screamo because I hate scene kids.

Mos Def - The New Danger

Who says a hip-hop album can't be a little bit of everything? This is an insane piece and really showcases Mos Def's versatility as an artist.

My friend told me to check out this band out and they sound great a bit like Gang of 4 mixed with The Strokes to create some great dance punk.

Black Sabbath - Technical Ecstasy

I swear to God, no matter how many times I think that I've listened to enough Sabbath I will never get sick of how refreshing they were. The Ozzy years were absolutely gorgeous.

In my recent explorations of Italian prog, I've come across this gem and I haven't been able to stop listening to it. And La Mente Vola sounds incredibly futuristic for 1972.

Send More Paramedics - A Feast for the Fallen

I like this but then again, I'm fairly inexperienced in this area so I'm probably easily impressed.

Simon & Garfunkel - Bookends:

I decided it was about time I got some of their studio albums, and I like what I'm hearing.

Swell Maps-Jane From Occupied Europe:

Post Punk meets Krautrock influences via Lo Fi ambient passages. It's fucking ace.

Zaraza-Slavic Blasphemy:

Mentioned in my self titled thread. This is experimental Doom with samples, keyboards and odd time signatures. Oh yes it's tasty.

Porcupine Tree-Insignificance:

A bunch of outakes,demos and rare tracks that is actually very cohesive and features a wide range of their sound.

Metric-Grow Up And Blow Away:

Nothing spectacular but this gentle indie guitar album with it's very slight Jazz tinged atmosphere is perfect for work.
