Hammerhead - Into the Vortex (1994)
Pummelling, intense and heavily distorted noise rock sounding like a weirder and more left-field Unsane. I need to check out more from these guys.

Linea Aspera - Linea Aspera (2012)
A darkwave synthpop album with strong 80's influences. This band only existed for little over a year, so this is the only album we'll ever get from them.

Strictly their first album which in my mind is one of the most lush sounding albums of the last six or seven years. I love it. The 2nd sucked save for a few tracks. This 3rd one is very underwhelming. I'll always have An Awesome Wave though.
